Clinique 3 step skin care system

For the past few months I have been using the Clinique skin care system and my results have been so so. I didn’t want to try the sample month pack since my skin is dry and those only cater tho those with combination skin. The stuff definitely did make a my skin feel better but nothing I would consider life changing.

The fist step to any good skincare routine is having a good cleanser. This is my least favorite part of the three and its probably why I will not be purchasing it again. Like I wrote previously I have dry skin so I purchased the cleanser directed towards dry skin. The soap is this and creamy like it has lotion in it but because of that it does not foam at all or lather it’s just like rubbing lotion on your face. My face was definitely softer however I didn’t not feel that it cleaned my skin and I want my cleanser to do its job and clean.

The next part is the clarifying lotion also known as the toner. I don’t have much to say about this part except I did get the one for dry skin and it worked well with the other products. The toner goes a lot faster than the other stuff so I suggest getting the big bottle of you want to fill up supplies around the same time.

And finally the moisturizer! This is by far my favorite part of the system and I may still just purchase this part of it. I don’t ever have to use a night cream because this is moisturizer enough. My skin felt super smooth too even before the primer because of this it’s worth the buy for the moisturizer.

So at the moment I’m currently in the market for a new cleanser so any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I hear people with oily skin have a much better experience with this so it may still be worth a try. -💋 Katherine
